Roles and responsibilities:
• Working as the primary interface between the Client and Organization.
• Gathering requirements from the Client.
• Daily Interaction with Hiring Managers to discuss and understand requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with Hiring managers/Delivery Managers/Program Managers, Vendors for staff augmentation services.
• Generate new business relationships (with new customers and new leads within the client).
• Generating more Business within the project
• Prioritizing and analyzing the requirements.
• Negotiating Bill Rate and Pay Rate with Clients and Vendors respectively.
• Multi client management.
• Manage Client expectation - Quality Delivery Commitment, TAT, Quantity + Quality Resumes
• Regular feedback on performance of recruitment and operations.
• Identifying improvement areas & implementing measure to maximize customer satisfaction
• levels
• Taking escalations for resolving critical issues; ensuring Delivery & Business Continuity.
Skills required:
• Overall 5 years of experience where 3 years in client service management in recruitment industry.(Either India or US recruitment)
• Should have positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be capable of working under pressure.
• Willing to work in Night Shifts timing-6.30PM to 3.30AM.
