Experience: 2 to 5 yrs.

Roles & Responsibilities 
  • To be responsible for all secretarial & administrative duties e.g. filing, typing, local , incoming & outgoing documents
  • Maintains a complete and up-to-date filing system, as well as to ensure that all documentary process and department procedures are well distributed and updated
  • Monitor actual results against budget, prepare and produce monthly variance reports
  • Coordinate with vendor/supplier and follow-up routine schedule work
  • Work under multi-nationals environment.
  • Pro-active Thinker and Knowledge on basic Tax filling, work/permit visa work and HR Administration.

Qualifications Required 
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in secretarial and administration functions
  • Good spoken and written English ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good attitude towards team work
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Good command in English and computer literacy
  • Attention to detail , service mind oriented and discretion with confidential information
