We are looking for Area Sales Manager - Tajikistan

Main Accountabilities
•      To manage the sales of the company products and to carry out relevant trade marketing activities for the clients of the specified area in order to reach the business goals of the company in accordance with the corporate standards.
•      To uphold and to develop an efficient partner cooperation with the current clients in the specified region in accordance with the corporate standards in order to achieve the individual objectives set forth for the assigned clients and distributors on the turnover, the profitability margins, the range of representation of the company products and their sales share expansion in the total client’s turnover.
•      To hold talks with the clients in the specified area and to participate in talks with the distributors, as well as to conclude correspondent agreements with clients in accordance with the currently effective terms of sales approved by the management and the corporate standards.
•      To review the terms of sales of the currently effective agreements with the territorial clients and to offer non-standard terms of sales only upon previous coordination with the management.

Requirements:

Fluent English
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Area Sales Manager
