Project Engineer

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.  
Salary: U.S Dollars 20,000 - 30,000 P.A Annual Leave, Air Fare and Insurance covered by the employer. Negotiable and salary will not be a constraint for right candidate

The Site Engineer's prime responsibility is to assist the Project Managment in carrying out all kinds of projects.
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical management aspects of projects.
  • Setting out sites and organizing facilities.
  • Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications and adheres to the project budget and schedule.
  • Ensuring all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed.
  • Accounting for engineering tasks to ensure they meet contract requirements.
  • Developing project specific procedures for the work to be carried out.
  • Interpreting clients' requirement, identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems and ensuring solutions are implemented.
  • Ensuring all justifications for contractual variations during projects is maintained to support subsequent commercial claims.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.
  • Liasing with clients, subcontractors and other professional staffs in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Involve/Initiate in materials, machinery and manpower requirements for the project.
  • Completes other tasks as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility and Dimensions:
  • Division Managers/ Project Manager/ Supervisor/Technical Staffs
Area Sales Supervisor 

Experience: 2 to 7 yrs.  
Salary: U.S Dollars 10,000 - 15,000 P.A Air Fare and Insurance covered by the employer. Negotiable and salary will not be a constraint for right candidate

Primary Responsibility:To assist the Area Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives

  • Responsible for all sales activities in the assigned area. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
  • Supervise the Sales Team in his area.
  • To assist the Area Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities in his area by identifying appropriate business targets.
  • Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Area Sales Manager.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Follow-up for collection of payment in his area.
  • Make sure all sales team adheres to company policies and procedures (example: dress code, eating food at station, cell phone usage, etc.)
  • Any Related task and duties that will support the work in the division or any another task requested by management related to your work.
  • Candidate must possess Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration / Management OR Secondary School Certificate with five years progressive work experience in FMCG in UAE.
  • Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force.
  • Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Strong analytical mind with high level of maturity.
  • Self-driven and resulted oriented and able to lead a sales team and drivers.
  • Negotiation abilities with key accounts
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Verbal and written expression
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure
