Catering Manager

Catering Supervisor

Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.
 
A degree in Hotel Management from an Internationally recognised Hotel/ Catering University.
(HCIMA HND or similar.Minimum 10 years of experience in catering at a managerial level.
 
Written and spoken English (Arabic/Hindi is beneficial). Good Communication, leadership, administration and public relation skills.Computer literate.

Health & Safety Executive
Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.
Institute of Occupational Health & Safety (IOSH) or equivalent, Fire Safety Certification, Advanced Lead Auditor / Assessor for OHSAS 18001, Emergency First Response & After Care (First Aid) International Certification.
 
Occupational Health Recognition. Minimum of an Elementary Food Hygiene entry level.
Other courses that relate to HSE.Minimum of 10 years experience in the Oil, Gas & Construction Industry both on-shore and offshore.
