Experience: 3 to 4 yrs.
Responsible for Finance, Stores/inventory, Admin & IT functions of the company

1. Accounts & Finance functions: 
Responsible for the accounting and finance functions to comply with the local regulations, IFRS and the Mondi Group Reporting standards. This includes implementation of ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX or any other suitable ERP as chosen by the company.
Organize and review monthly management meeting report and analysis of cost drivers/income trend with explanations.
Liaison with auditors, bankers, tax & government authorities, secretarial agent, actuarial agent, insurance broker and Corporate HQ.

2. To plan, implement and maintain IT infrastructure, firewall, antivirus, backup and internet connection with support from external IT consultant.

3. Internal Controls 
Ensuring compliance with business controls measures in accordance with the Mondi Group policies and guidelines and ISO 9001:2000 and liaise with external and internal auditors on improvement of internal controls procedures.
Managing and control of the Capital Expenditure and working capital.

4. Stores & Inventory 
Overseas overall stores & inventory operation with feedback from Executive Purchasing & Inventory and store supervisor.
Review the functioning of ERP System with internal users and external IT Consultant for continuous enhancement.

5. Payroll/HRD 
Oversee the effective Implementation of data recording system and payroll system.
Ensure compliance to all governmental employment acts, labour laws and terms & conditions of the company employment contracts.
