Managing a workforce
Managing the functions of all personnel through direct and indirect supervision of managers and supervisors
Responsible for the security and safety of customers and employees and building
Monitoring, maintaining daily performance records and analysis of MIS report.
Implementing policies and procedures to enable smooth flow of day to day operations
Coordinating with external agencies/ service providers to facilitate timely rendering of support services
Implementation of systems & maintaining effective control for all cash transaction areas F&B, Ticketing & Telesales and all revenue points.
Ensuring speedy resolution of queries
Excellent Communication & Relationship Building Skills
Should have 5 - 7 yrs experience in the same field
Age should be 28 35 yrs
Marketing Executive/ Assistant
Experience: 3 to 8 yrs.

1. Will be responsible for marketing & branding activities for cinema division.
2. Monitor the marketing activities & drive results out of it.
3. Making plans and strategies for Advertising, marketing & promotional activities.
4. Keep the co-ordination with marketing assistants.
5. Key accounts management.
1. Candidate must have 3-7 years of prior experience in entertainment industry
2. Female candidates only
3. Upto 25-30 years of age.
4. Excellent PC Skills required.
5. Excellent verbal & written communication
6. Should be fairly good in looks.
