- Database Technician should have the following skills:
- Programming Skills: JavaScript, VBScript, HTML/DHTML, CSS, Active Server Pages (Classic ASP), Preferable - ASP.Net
- Database Skills: Oracle Database 9/10g, SQL, PL/SQL, Database architecture building, management and optimization
- Technician should have experience in turnover, commissioning, and startup activities and documentation of projects, preferably in supervisory role. Knowledge of project execution plans.
- Strong planning skills; ability to identify appropriate sequencing of activities and allocation of resources. Ability to interface with all disciplines
- Technician must have the ability to develop work processes that reflectively support the Handover Task and should be able to communicate to all parties involved and find agreement of the path forward and process to be implemented.
- Technician must have good leadership and communications skills; able to communicate clearly and professionally with follow through.
- Technician must have initiative and good organizational skills for the multiple project task work, which will be anticipated.
- Understanding of Construction, Commissioning and Startup Procedures.

- Works with the MCP Construction, Operations, and Maintenance Teams to provide guidance and support for all completion management activities; specifically related to the CMS database development and maintenance.
