Must have:

Relevant higher professional education

Good English

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Advanced in Microsoft Office especially
Excel, knowledge of Access would also be advantageous.

Good communication skills and confident in liaising with site teams and client to ensure efficient resolution of queries
-
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
Experience: 3-5
years as Planning or Cost Analyst or Document Controller
Functional Duties:
·
To prepare and provide progress weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the project management and contract holders.
·
To run
reports on project man hours and internal order numbers and liaison
with London and Aberdeen office for any updates and corrections.
·
To identify and report potential problems and assist in developing any necessary corrective action.
·
To provide monthly CTRs to the project operations support team and make CTRs reconciliations.
·
To upload all project documentation and procedures onto database.
·
To provide documentation from databases to the Project Examiners per requests
·
To identify and report potential problems and assist in developing any necessary corrective action.
·
To establish a distribution system, including:
-
Proper document and tag numbering
-
Filing of various categories of documentation
-
Revision tracking
-
Access control
-
Distribution management – internal (review and approval) and external
-
Electronic and hard copy Archiving
·
Other tasks as required
-
Support the ‘close-out’ process, inclusive final Archiving
-
Support the QA process, by controlling the Project QA Procedures, etc.
