Exposure in sourcing talents from different fields based on finalised requirements, setting up interview programs, devising norms and criteria for selection, developing induction programs for new comers, finalizing their career growth plans, fixing key performance indexes, managing employee benefits for different levels, performance management system.

Improvement and monitoring, enforcing disciplinary actions and the reward systems also after assessing performances of individuals and generally to handle all matters relating to personnel and administration.

MBAs with over 10-15 yrs of work experience.

Person currently working on HR & Administrative role to other related areas like Talent Acquisition, Comp & Ben etc. currently working with Large Construction Companies with Gulf Experience should be the right fit for this position.
