Experience: 3 to 5 yrs. 

Scheduling & coordinating top management meeting,
Preparing & Circulating Minutes of the meetings
Maintaining utmost confidentiality with sensitive reports and personal information
Handling Travel schedule, reservations and logistics for The Managing Director
Telephone calls/Email management for The Managing Director - monitoring and prioritization of incoming correspondence and drafting and preparing responses where required
Providing high level administrative & secretarial support involving efficient handling of top and confidential correspondence, managing outward correspondences & internal memorandums and management of document flow
Co-ordination with other department heads. Compile and prepare reports/MIS received from various departments & summarize the same
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow up on issues in a timely manner
Assist with the Implementation of systems & processes established by the management
Working closely with the Managing Director on new projects and travel to various sites for its completion if needed
Keep management informed about the state of operations at various levels at all times.


3 to 5 Years of professional secretarial experience as Executive Assistant to CEO/Chairman/Managing Director in Mid Size Companies, preferably having experience from Hospitality/Service industry. Qualified Company Secretaries shall be an added advantage. Excellent English Speaking and Writing and software Skills including MS Office are a prerequisite. Stenography/Short hand knowledge would be preferred.
