The position will be responsible for ensuring
profitability of operations and supervising all aspects of restaurant
and Kitchen management including menu planning, monitoring food
production to ensure compliance with Quality & hygiene standards.
Salary: Savings in USD + Local salary + Accommodation + Transportation + Medical + Air Passage
Degree in Hotel Management with minimum 10 yrs
experience in heading the Hotel Operations. Experience in Kenya will be
an advantage.
