Responsible for ensuring people development by taking internal initiatives and by coordinating with trainers and corporate HR, Responsible for identifying the training needs of the employees
Conducting training need assessment, Preparing Training Module, Formalizing on the job Training, Making Training Plan for all Levels, Responsible for identifying the training needs of the employees, Principal Responsibilities of entire HR & IR Function, Compliance, Security, Administration, Intelligence operations of the Unit, Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Industrial Relations, Systems and Processes, PR and Statutory Compliance, Welfare, Employee Engagement Activities, Lead effective employee relations, Liaisoning with concerned Authorities including Police and Administration, CSR activities.


MBA  from any Good University, 
 
Working with any leading FMCG / Consumer Product / Manufacturing Industry in Unit / Factory HR roll,
 
Must be proficient in Training & Development cycle
