Qualification & Experience Graduate with MBA in HR, with 3-5 yrs of hands-on experience in any good HR Generalist role in a manufacturing company or as a Recruiter in a recruitment firm or has worked in BPO for handled payroll processing activities. Must be expert in MS Excel, data mining, SAP exposure will be an added advantage.
Other essentials : -
Must be presentable with good aptitude to learning new things.
Must be a good communicator both written and spoken for English & Hindi.
Must be positive oriented towards jobs assigned to him and with very high performance bias.
Must be very good in personal interactions and have good presentation skill.
Must be willing to stretch to manage huge data alongwith public dealing and deliver against deadline at short notice.
Must have ability to analyse data and generate reports, good in multi-tasking and working under pressure.
