HR full scope function for employees: position announcement, recruitment and screening, orientation, discipline, compensation and benefits surveys and analysis, employee agreements, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals;
Develop and Implement new HR policies to comply with the shareholder’s strategy;
 Implement new HR policies using best practices from Western companies;
Coordinate communication flows relevant to HR issues, present major achievements and developments to the Management Board and Board of Directors;
Prepare updates to employee handbook, policies, procedures, practices, human resource and related forms with approval from Management Board and Board of Directors;
Coordinate with other functional/department managers to understand all necessary aspects and needs of human recourses development;
Coordinate activities on maintaining personal databases, employee record keeping, data security, integrity and personnel information reporting;
Work on benefit programs for employees including medical insurance and other social programs;
Develop, monitor and coordinate employee training and development plans based on individual needs and business processes.
Ensure activities meet and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care
Maintain employee training and development program records
Facilitate/Coordinate/Monitor training and development activities

 Requirements:

             Higher education (degree / diploma in Management with Human Resource Management, Organizational Effectiveness specialization or equivalent would be a plus)
             At least 7 years of experience in related field
             Familiar with Labor Laws, to provide advice on issues arising from employment contracts
             Possess strong communication skills in spoken and written English
             Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple and ad-hoc tasks
             Strong project management, communication skills and strategic thinking is a must
             Computer skilled, advanced knowledge & experience in Microsoft Office, Excel. PowerPoint
             Strong leadership, influence and analytical skills
             Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management
             Excellent problem solving person
