Context
Restaurant TENTATION Bangui, Central African Republic (CAR), has just
acquired a tandoori oven to improve the variety of meals proposed to its
customers. Consequently, we are looking for a chef who can cook north
Indian cuisines and tandoori curry.

Description
Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager and the owners, the
Indian Tandoori Chef will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Prepare and cook full course meals;
2. Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods, specialized in tandoori and Indian bread varieties;
3. Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions;
4. Assist the stock manger to follow the consumption and to place orders;
5. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
6. Clean kitchen and work areas, organize and manage buffets and banquets.
He must ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and maintain proper hygiene in the restaurant. The candidate must possess a degree in hotel management or other field of study.

Working Conditions:
- Work emplacement : Bangui, Republic of Central Africa
- The employer will provide lodging and food;
- Salary is up to 25,000 Rup;
- Three weeks of leave for every years worked;
- Flight Ticket for India, in economic class, will be furnished for every 18 months worked.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Tandoori chef
- Able to speak in English, be ready to learn other language (French, local language)
- Able to work with minimal supervision,
- Has a high standard of hygiene
- Team worker, aptitude to manage and work with multicultural team
