Interview on 24th for Recruitment Staff - South Korea

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs. 

The selected candidate shall work with M/s. Hyundai Engg & Const Co of South Korea in their H.O, "Seoul" . His job scope shall broadly be as follows :-

• He shall oversee the recruitment  / deployment of Staff and Worker categories at various Hyundai E&C s overseas construction sites.  Exp in similar post with min 5 yrs, with some exp in the Gulf  at construction sites  is required. Co is employing Indian, Bangla, Thai & Filipinos.
• He is the one, who sends from H.O demand orders to various manpower agencies in India, Bangladesh, Thailand etc and ensures that adequate number of CV of candidates of each required trade have been generated by their manpower agents  and sent to sites for their review / approval or by Hyundai delegation's selection.
• He continuously monitors the status of deployment at various sites and follows up all correspondence with the manpower agencies.
• When the demand is large and the Co decides to send a selection delegation to India, he is a member of the delegation and carries out salary negotiations with the selected candidates.
• he works under a Senior Korean Manpower Manager 

Graduate with min 5 years experience, including  3 years overseas with large construction company. 

• University Graduate
• Min 5 years experience, including min 2 years at large construction sites in the Gulf countries as HR STAFF. Exp with Korean construction Cos is preferred but not mandatory.
• VERY GOOD spoken & written English and excellent  PC Skills in MS OFFICE & EXCEL.
• Good personality and good attitude. Can work efficiently in a Korean environment.
• Age 27 to 40 (40 is the upper limit).  Ex-Hyundai or Korean Co preferred but not mandatory.

Valid Passport Holder.
