Experience: 3 to 8 yrs.
a. Preparing & fine-tuning WROX IT training programs for offer in Uganda
b. Designing & development of Assignments and Test papers etc., to be used in training
c. Helping students register for BCI Training programs
d. Delivery of training in basic IT areas Programming, Networking, Database ACROSS ALL COMMON PLATFORMS
e. Helping trainees prepare for the WROX certification examinations
f. Delivery of specialized training in Software Programming/ Engineering related to Object Oriented Programming JAVA, C++, HTML 5
g. Helping Center Head and CEO of VTech in empanelling local trainers
h. Training local trainers
i. Implementing best raining standards in the VTech BCI-WROX Academy and help it become the best-known ICT Training brand in Uganda within the next six months
j. Preparing the BCI-WROX center of VTech for business and government inspection in terms of training systems and programs. As of now, the VTech facility is complete and the internal branding is being done. Computers etc.,are being installed.
k. Preparing for Center launch in October 2012 (next month); coordinate actively with BCI for assistance in all areas related to Training.
l. Helping the Center Head and CEO build relationship with Industry by telling how special the VTech training. This will help in the placement of trainees for internship and jobs and also help sell VTechs IT Training to corporates.
m. Developing market-specific IT training programs
n. Making presentations for government and industry bodies to explain the value of WROX IT programs
o. Training Quality Management in the Center
