Key Account Manager

Foreign Company, household appliances sales, Astana

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement company’s strategy in Mass Market, B2B, federal retail channel for all product categories
  • Fulfill the sales targets
  • Manage clients and control their plans fulfillment
  • Control of regional sales
  • Collect information on sales trends on weekly basis
  • Plan clients’ operations development: matrix enlargement, logistic optimization, sales plan development
  • Inform clients on assortment and new products
  • Provide control for efficient usage of credit tools and resources
  • Monitor the credit discipline of the clients
  • Arrange promo programs
  • Coordinate clients relationships with other departments of the company (Finance, Logistics, ASS, Marketing)

Main Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Extensive experience in sales positions (not less than 5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of KA management
  • Well developed leadership skills
  • High level of influence
  • Target-oriented negotiating skills with ability to convince through argument
  • Good knowledge of product and customer structure and corporate culture
  • Willingness to travel across Kazakhstan (about 25-30% of the time)
  • Communicative ability
  • English not less than Intermediate level
