Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identifies the organization's technological, functional and business strengths, establishes data systems that leverage and capitalize on the knowledge of team members, and finds ways to use that knowledge to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.
  • Responsible for managing the organizations knowledge assets
  • Coordinates with technology and information users, associates with a business unit as an onsite member of the team, contributes to change management.
  • Identifies best practices throughout the organization and communicates and implements these practices to drive the knowledge management initiatives.
  • Promote knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems

  • Minimum 8 years of call Center or Knowledge Management Experience
