Operator (Chemical Knowledge):
Should be at least a Diploma holder in Chemical Engineering, Minimum of Five (5) years of actual experience required in Seawater Cooling Pump Station or Desalination Plant or Wastewater Treatment Plant or Potable Water, Waste Water Distribution Network other similar type of plants and processes. Shall perform simple corrective, preventive maintenance,lubrication and overhaul of the equipments, housekeeping and cleaning. The Candidate should be able to understand and speak English
Operator (Electrical Knowledge):
Should be at least a Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering, Minimum of Five (5) years actual experience required in Seawater Cooling Pump Station or Desalination Plant or Wastewater Treatment Plant or Potable Water, Waster Water Distribution Network other similar type of plants and processes. Shall perform simple corrective, preventive maintenance,lubrication and overhaul of the equipments, housekeeping and cleaning. The Candidate should be able to understand and speak English.
Shift Charge Engineer (H Voltage):
Should have Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum experience of seven (7) years in the relevant field. At least five (5) years of his recent experience shall have been in responsible supervisory position relevant to his job assignment and shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
Senior Operator High Voltage Technician:
Should be at least a graduate of Technical Institute or Three Year Diploma holder or equivalent with minimum Five (5) year work experience in operation of large pump stations, chlorination system, standby generators, fire pumps used in treatment, pumping and distribution of seawater, potable water and wastewater systems. Shall perform simple corrective, preventive maintenance, lubrication and overhaul of the equipments, housekeeping and cleaning. He should be proficient in English, both written and spoken and capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Should be at least a gradute of Technical Institute or Three Year Diploma holder in SCADA, DCS System with minimum Five (5) year work experience in operation of large pump stations, chlorination system, standby generators, fire pumps used in treatment, pumping and distribution of seawater, potable water and wastewater systems. Shall perform simple corrective, preventive maintenance, lubrication and overhaul of the equipments, housekeeping and cleaning. He should be proficient in English, both written and spoken and capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Technician Mechanical:
Should have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or vocational certificate in appropriate discipline and a minimum experience of five (5) years in mechanical maintenance of equipment's similar to those in large utility company or should have experience in large petrochemical/refinery. At least three (3) years of his experience shall have been in the field repairs, maintenance servicing and overhaul. He should have the experience in Operation of mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment and system. He shall be conversant with usage of measuring and testing instruments.
Fabricator:
He must be High School Graduate or equivalent with formalized and practical training in fabrication shop work. At least five (5) years working experience as a fabricator with a utility company or heavy industries. He should have experience in fabrication of pipe lines, pipe network and other maintenance fabrication items. He should have ability to instruct other personnel like welder, machinist, etc. Knowledge of written and spoken English is essential. He must be able to read operation manuals and record spare parts.
Foreman (Civil / Mechanical):
Should have a diploma of 3 years in engineering or equivalent in their respective fields and shall have a minimum of six (6) years prior experience in the area of responsibility assigned. All foreman shall have experience and ability in planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, instructing and supervising the maintenance of all equipment and facilities under his responsibility. He must possess thorough knowledge of tools and equipment's. Strong leadership qualities are required. They shall be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
Supervisor Heavy Equipment/Scaffolder/Divers:
All Supervisors shall have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent in their respective fields and shall have a minimum of seven (7) years prior experience in the area of responsibility assigned and should be familiar in use of Personal Computer & SAP System. Shall have experience and ability in planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, instructing and supervising the maintenance or operation of all equipment and facilities under his responsibility. The Supervisors shall have thorough knowledge in design principle of the equipments and facilities under their control. The Supervisors shall be fluent in written and spoken English and have a Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.lb
Civil Engineer:
