Manager Construction & Services / Job Code: OD-001

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably with at least 15 plus years of work experience in medium and large scale EPC projects and shutdown/maintenance jobs in Oil and Gas / Chemical / Petrochemical of which minimum 10 years in management of construction services in Plant Construction field. The successful candidate will lead the Construction & Services unit and handle specific activities like overall planning, coordination and control the daily operations of projects aimed at meeting client’s requirements. The candidate should have a proven track record on Project Management, Contract Management, Resource Management and Cost Management skills.

Contracts Administrator / Job Code: OD-002

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably with a further advanced degree / masters and with at least 12 plus years experience in Contracts Management position, preferably in Fabrication industry and mechanical construction sector. GCC experience will be considered as an advantage. The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of FIDIC, contracts terms and conditions, Government and commercial contracting regulations and subcontracting management. Excellent communications and negotiation skills is a must.

Shutdown Manager / Job Code: OD-003

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 plus years of experience in Turnaround/Shutdown projects of large scale industrial plants in Oil & Gas/Chemical/Petrochemical and Power sectors. The successful candidate should have specific knowledge in maintenance shutdown of rotating and static equipments. GCC experience will be considered as an advantage.

Production In-charge / Job Code: OD-004

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 6 plus years experience in process equipment manufacturing industry, especially equipment like pressure vessels, columns and heat exchangers. GCC experience will be considered as an advantage. The successful candidate should be able to plan, schedule and execute the total workload of fabrication shop according to the clients’ requirements. Good technical knowledge of Fabrication procedure and thorough understanding of planning various jobs according to the Inspection Testing Plan (ITP) and quality standard requirements. Strong knowledge of U & U2 stamps as per ASME Manufacturing standards is a must.

Planning In-charge / Job Code: OD-005

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 plus years experience in planning & monitoring for large-scale multi-discipline projects in Oil and Gas / Chemical / Petrochemical sector. The candidate should be well versed with modern Project control techniques with specific knowledge of Project Management, Planning & Scheduling techniques. Fully conversant with Costing, Resource Calculation and Cash Flow Preparation. Command on Primavera 3.0 & 6.0 version is a must.

Equipment & Plants In-charge / Job Code: OD-006

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 plus years experience in handling heavy earth moving equipment, cranes, heavy and light duty vehicles. The candidate must be proficient in planning as well as implementing preventive maintenance schedules of machines and equipments. Has the ability in deploying various methodologies to analyze various projects, efficiency and health of equipment, POL consumption of equipment, Operations and maintenance costs.

Shutdown Planning Engineer / Job Code: OD-007

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 plus years experience in planning and scheduling of Turnaround and Shutdown projects. The candidate should posses knowledge in maintenance/shutdown of pumps, compressors, turbines, valves and static equipments (heat exchangers, Reactor, piping, vessels, Columns, Fin Fan Coolers, heaters etc.). Command on Project Planning and Scheduling using Primavera 3.0 & 6.0 version is a must.

Contracts Engineer / Job Code: OD-008

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 plus years experience in contracts management role including extensive exposure of Contracts Administration within the Oil & Gas Industry is required. The desired candidate should possess thorough understanding of Plant's operational and material requirements with specific knowledge of Commercial contract laws, procedures and practices. Strong knowledge on claims and variation orders, and EOT claims is a must.
