- Oversee all planning, sourcing, procurement of Agri Commodities, chemicals & packaging; globally source and import materials.
- Supervise Purchase department, supply chain operations, e- procurement, inventory control in SAP-MM modules, logistics and warehousing, custom clearance etc.
- Scan market for identification of new supply sources, evaluate vendors, negotiate, consider price proposals, raise financial reports and other data to determine acceptability of prices; arrange inspection of raw materials, forecast and coordinate demand.
- Monitoring delivery performance, pursue timely supply of raw materials from supplier Contributions.
- Global Commodity research and Vendor Development
- Promote Commodity research team for procurement efficacy
- Minimum 13 Years of experience in Agri Commodity purchase.
- Should have experience in FMCG Industry.
- Must have at least 3-4 years of experience in heading the purchase department in an FMCG Company.
