Experience: 7 to 10 yrs. 

Meet with business stakeholders to discuss, define and capture requirements end user Research
Consider Market conditions Market Research e.g. SWOT analysis, Marketing Mix - Product, Price Promotion
Manage the Product Management documentation- Quick Spec sheets, Product Backlog(s), Release Plan, & Product roadmap
Communicate and capture requirements in a way that people can understand them e.g. Themes, Epic, User Srories, Test, UI sketches
Product Presentation of new user stories/ requirements
Re-prioritizes, expand and more clearly define the product backlog.
SKU Level Forecasting
Inventory Management
Effective buying of products at best price with respect to market representing management in purchase negotiation
Should be able to work out good deals with vendors like backend, rebates, combo offers, credit period etc.
Monitoring sales for their respective brands
Product training to the sales team
P&L of the respective brands handled by them.
Introduction of new brands as Distributor or Tier 1 partnership
Prepare Strategic business plan in consultation with reporting Manager
Work closely with sales team in all the regions
Make sure delivery to be done on time
100% on time procurement
Directly responsible for Revenue target & indirectly responsible for sales
Make sure to receive entire allocated funds (rebates, MDF, discounts etc) from vendors on time
