- Review the drawing and to confirm the manufacturing feasibility.
- To provide technical support for supplier.
- Part development for prototype manufacturing.
- To develop new supplier who can deliver zero defect material.
- Managing, upgrading capacity for reliable supplier as per plan.
- Inventory control and Analysis
- To negotiate and execute the scheduling agreement as per requirement.
- To analyze the Manufacturing and Delivery lead time
- Forecasting the material as per business plan & material planning for long lead material.
- Understanding the manufacturing process& ensuring the material deliver just in time.
- Delivery follow up and co-ordination with supplier
- To interact with store, quality, inspection, finance, foreign trade, forwarder and transporter.
- To arrange the payment for import duty and freight to our agent.
