Experience: 7 to 10 yrs.
Be able to provide both summarized and detailed reports, on current activities and ability to present directly to the client.
Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations and costing.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engg.
Exp.: Minimum 7 Years of working on major highway projects and infrastructure. Having hands on design expertise and project management capability on a number of exciting large scale Infrastructure Projects.

Preparation of rate analysis of variation items.
Preparation of monthly report & cash Flow.
Verification of bills of contractors, Sub Contractors MEP work.
Calculation of quantities of all items executed on site.
Preparation Final Account Statements.
Preparation of Cost Plans/ Budgets for MEP Work
BOQ Preparation.
Inviting the Bids.
Highlights contract provisions, Extras, additions, variations, Generate correspondence, Prepare rate analysis Timely Submission.
Interaction with Client, Architects, Contractors, Sub vendors etc.
Act as a link between contractor and client.
Salary: Equivalent of 500$ in Ghana Cedis or Naira Nigeria & max 1,500$ Overseas monthly salary + Accommodation + Transportation + Medical benefits
Candidates should have exposure in MEP works for residential projects
Exposure In for electrical & mechanical installations projects
