Relationship Manager, Investment Services Department - (Nicosia)

Responsibilities:
·          New Business: Identify, develop and secure new relationships through personal and client referrals
·        Client Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional client service, acting as an investment advisor and relationship manager to HNW clients, assisting them in achieving both long term and tactical solutions to their investment and other financial objectives
·         Investment Services: Suggest investment portfolios to clients in accordance with the client’s individual investment objectives & risk profile as stipulated in the account opening documents and what has been agreed between the Head of the Investment Services Desk and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Transmit orders by the clients to the traders of the Desk for execution
·        Financial Solutions: Provide innovative and world class traditional & alternative financial solutions to meet client needs which include, banking & deposit services, fiduciary solutions, commercial banking solutions, credit, lending & structuring, FX related products, wealth planning, trust & estate planning
·        Governance & Control: Ensure conformity with global and market standards of client services, regulatory, compliance, training & competence, KYC, product delivery and business model
·         Other: Assist in developing the services of Investment Advice and Portfolio Management
Role Requirements
·        Strong relationship skills with experience in managing and handling complex needs of ultra-high net worth individuals, families and institutions.
·          Experience in building a high net worth client base
·         Effective in gaining an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs and advising on a diverse range of products and services
·         Satisfies the MIFID criteria for an approved person both initially & ongoing. (Qualifications will be needed if not already qualified)
·         Broad experience of the financial services industry, excellent market exposure and multi-disciplined wealth management expertise
·         Detailed regulatory knowledge in particular of the Russian and Cyprus regulatory requirements and an overall understanding of the business impact in a regulatory environment
·         Background of managing and successfully servicing a portfolio of HNW clients and have a track record of cross selling and raising increased AUM
·          Fluency in Russian is essential
Academic & Professional qualifications
·          Educated at least to degree level and have the relevant regulator qualifications
·          MSc in Finance or related topic and/or CFA an advantage

·          Persuasive communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written underpinned by diplomatic influencing skills
·          Entrepreneurial spirit but with a collegiate approach
·          Constructive approach with the ability to relate to a diverse range of personalities
·          Can perform well both individually and within a team environment
