Execution of EHV substations Projects I.e 400 KV & Above.Responsible for proper project master planning and micro planning to complete the project within strict time lines. Planning for manpower, equipment and bought out material for project. Responsible for generating bill to maintain the cash flow of the project. Profit Center Strategic Planning & Forecasting Responsible for taking correct and proper decisions during projects. Responsible for appraisal, recommendation and give support to change request and onsite change orders. Vendor approval by comparing with price, quality and delivery schedule with different vendor.
