Experience: 2 to 4 yrs. 

* To supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.
* To hire, train, and schedule food service personnel.
* To resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
* To schedule work hours for staff.


* Must have 1-2 years of working experience with restaurant.
* Must be able to speak in English and French.
* Must be computer literate.
* Must have good knowledge of Food and Beverage Control.
