Knowledge of handmade precious jewellery of all types namely 22k handmade work, 21ct handmade work, 18ct and 14ct diamond studded jewellery, must know calculations to be done while issuing raw materials to artismans, must know how to understand clients needs, handmade sketches, drawings approved for by design section, should know how to maintain sales summary, tagging, photos, same by vouchers, software and excel sheets, timely calculations of mc-wastages, client wise data management on software, , and must know techniques to enhance and make production faster and cheaper, qc knowledge is must, alloys ratios etc all knowledge is mandatory.
