1. Conduct sales & behavioural training for sales team & others in business unit
2. Conduct training needs assessments to develop & implement training programs to maintain & improve employee's manufacturing skill levels.
1. The candidate should have atleast 15 years of experience in sales including 5 years as Sales Trainer in FMCG / Food / Beverage industry.
2. Overseas experience preferably in Africa will be preferred
3. Willing to relocate to Nigeria
