Sr. Project Engineer
Experience: 7 to 10 yrs.
1. Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical & mechanical systems related to diesel power plants, to ensure that installation and operations confirm to manufactures recommended standards and customer requirements.
2. Direct & coordinate with customers for construction & installation support, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with the agreed specifications and customer requirements.
3. Perform detailed calculations for panel design/cable ratings etc related to diesel power plant to comply with the standards and specifications.
4. Independently handle project execution to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.
5. Develop budgets, estimating labor, material, and construction costs for the given projects/jobs.
6. Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformity to design & equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards
7. Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment required for the respective jobs/projects.
8. Supervise and train project team members as per the required necessity
9. Organize for factory acceptance tests & site acceptance tests to the satisfaction of the client/consultants in line with the agreed specifications.
10. Investigate and test vendors products (like panels/transformers etc) at vendors premises.
11. Operate & trouble shoot PLC based systems/genset controllers.
12. Investigate customer complaints related to installations, determine nature and extent of problem, and recommend remedial measures.
13. Compile data and write progress reports regarding existing projects and compile handing over documents/drawings etc. of the competed projects.
14. Conduct pre tender site visits in coordination with the sales engineer/s to ascertain the technical/commercial requirements.
Graduate/Diploma Engineers (Electrical / Mechanical) with 10-15 years experience in Turnkey Diesel Gensets Projects Sales & Execution.
Maintenance Engineer - HVAC
Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.

- Handle Service Delivery Operations of AMC and Warranty Installations of the Central Air-conditioning plants.
- Monitor the execution of PMS activities for AMC and Warranty installations.
- Control resources such as manpower, material to achieve an effective control on the work front.
- Ensure reconciliation of database on a monthly basis & Inventory control of mandatory spares.
- Collection & monitoring of receivables for various contracts..
- Complaint Management: Ensuring the proper logging of complains in ERP system and reviewing the pending complaints.
- Conduct Safety and Site audits to check and ensure the plant in operation is in healthy condition and works are carried out are a safe manner.
- Maintain highest level of customer satisfaction index by continuously meeting commitments for quality standards.
