Maintains and administers the MM platform system by identifying
system requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring system performance.
- Establishes system specifications by conferring with users; analyzing work flow; access, information and security requirements; designing system infrastructure.
- Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis and performance tuning; trouble shooting system hardware; software; networks and operating and system management; designing and running system load / stress testing ; escalating application problems to vendor.
- Secures system by developing system access, monitoring control and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation.
- Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
- Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software.
- Meet financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

- Producing the reports as requested from management or a approved third party.
- Familiar with Oracle Database Administrator with at least 3 years of experience, some knowledge of Core banking system for banking financial service industry
- OCA, OCP certified is must
- Strong in telecom mobile operator knowledge with at least 3 years experience in "billing system", "IN", "VAS".
- Knowledge of financial services is a plus.
- Strong knowledge in programming language in JAVA 2EE, Microsoft technology such as C#,VB.NET and experiences in Visual studios .NET IDE, Eclipse or J builder.
- Strong in reporting knowledge with at least 3 years in MIS in mobile operator industry.
- Knowledge and experiences in Mobile Money Technology / Industry is a plus.
- System Administration, Developing standards, LAN knowledge, Proxy servers, Training, Multi tasking, On - call , Networking knowledge, Networking hardware configuration, Network maintenance, Network performance tuning.
