Responsible for managing, delivering effective Transport programs across South and South East Asia.
Responsible for the measurement of the impact, quality control and cost effectiveness of the programs
Accountable for the continuous improvement of the programs in line with the requirements of the business, linking in with key strategic transport initiatives and customer requirements
Lead and promote Transport standards, disciplines and governance
Support the transport agenda by assessing and developing the transport organizational capability through a learning curriculum and involvement in the country talent development plans
-Experience within various transport roles from planning, scheduling, shift management, Fleet management, Yard management etc
-Excellent knowledge of supply chain business
-Program Management Skills
-Excellent problem solving competency
- Excellent Presentation Skills
