We are having an urgent opening for Merchandiser in Jordan with reputed Garment Manufacturing company based at Gurgaon. Please find below the details:-
Requirement: Merchandiser
Location: Jordan
Experience: Min 3+yrs
Qualification : Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities:-
1) Planning and selection of merchandise assortments on the basis of current market trends and economic developments needs and wants of the target consumers and locating a product to suit these needs.
2) Buying for the planned quantity to make the right merchandise mix available at the right time.
3) Issue the purchase order and Tracking orders right from sampling stage to the shipment stage, coordinating closely between buyers and vendors to ensure timely execution and delivery of orders.
4) Find new vendors and also maintain the relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing for future products.
5) Negotiations with vendors for favorable terms and services.
6) Coordination with sampling department, understanding averages and sampling time and quality control functions etc.
7) Pricing the merchandise to achieve the required targets in terms of gross margins.
