Planning and Scheduling Engineer

Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized
university with minimum 8 years experience in on-site construction work
of which at least five 5 years should be as project planner on projects
of large size (USD50m upward) and complexity. Must have knowledge of
relevant project management software such as Primavera, etc.
Quality Control Engineer - Civil
Experience:
8 to 13 yrs.
Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized
university with minimum 8 years experience in Quality Control of civil
and structural construction work of which 3 years should be at
supervisory level.
Structural Engineer
Experience:
3 to 8 yrs.
Degree in Civil Engineer from a recognized
university with preferably masters degree in structure. Minimum 3 years
experience in structural designs.
Office Engineer - Architect
Degree in Architecture from a recognized university with at least 3 years in architectural design of buildings.
Cost Engineer
Experience:
8 to 13 yrs.
Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying from a
recognized university with minimum 8 years experience in the field of
take off and estimating.
Material Engineer
Experience:
5 to 10 yrs.
Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized
university with minimum 5 years experience in material
procurement/expediting of which at least 2 years should have been as
senior purchaser.
Field Engineer - Civil Works
Experience:
6 to 11 yrs.
Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized
university with minimum 6 years construction experience of which 3 years
should have been in civil engineering including site and concreting
work.
Site Engineer - Architecture
Experience:
6 to 10 yrs.
Degree in Architecture from a recognized university with minimum six years experience in building construction.
Site Engineer - Civil
Experience:
6 to 11 yrs.
Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with minimum six years experience in building construction.
Site Engineer - Mech./ Piping Works
Experience:
6 to 11 yrs.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized
university and have six years experience in construction of building
including piping works.
Autocad Draughtsmen
Experience:
3 to 8 yrs.
Diploma in civil engineering from a recognized university. Minimum 3 years experience in AutoCAD draftsman ship.
Foreman - Mechanical
Experience:
5 to 8 yrs.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 5 years experience in building construction.
Foreman - Civil
Experience:
5 to 10 yrs.
Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 5 years experience in building construction.
Fluency in English is a must. Prior experience in
the GCC or Middle East with knowledge of Arabic will be a distinct
advantage. CVs should clearly indicate project details worked on in the
last three years in terms of total project cost, type of project and
manpower, relevant equipment / software handled; current and expected
salary, passport size photograph and notice period required to join.
