We are looking for FMA Warehouse Manager National position in Tengiz operations, the main requirements and responsibilities are below.
 
Rotation               21 days x 21 days in Tengiz
Salary                    Monthly approx. 250000 KZT in fact based on the interview results.
Function
The function of a FMA Warehouse Procurement & Operations Manager is to provide a process that ensures the correct materials (fit for purpose) are available at the required place at the right time and for the right price.Controlling and supervising work of FMA Warehouse. Identify and implement enhancements to the existing Procurement & Materials Management process to reduce costs, shorten cycle time and increase confidence in the FMA Warehouse Procurement & Materials Management system.To action all requisition & procurement process functions within the Procurement Department and maintain accurate tracking and status reporting to user departments in a timely and efficient manner. Liaison with Material Management, ESS Line Managers, Unit Managers, Foreign & Local suppliers and provide up to date accurate information to all concerned.
Ensure that the qualities of products are to the highest quality standards and meet all of the ROK regulatory requirements and HACCP regulations.
 
Education / Qualifications
·           Higher Education ideally in Business Management or Economics
·            
Skills
·           Minimum 5 years experience in a purchasing role and a clear understanding of materials management and inventory control. Must have a good understanding of Food Product, Disposables and janitorial goods associated with Hotel Services and Catering Operations as well as Transportation and Facility Maintenance.
·           Must possess excellent English speaking and communication skills
·           Computer literate with Microsoft as a minimum and ideally have experience with a fully integrated system such as Datastream 7i (CMMS).
·           Must be capable of producing precise and accurate reports to Finance and ESS Management
·           Must have a good background in inventory control and have the ability to work under extreme pressures and be self motivated.
·           Must demonstrate excellent organization skills, document control and data management.
