1) Extensive experience in Oracle Weblogic
platform 9.2 and 10.3 server installation, configuration and
administration services including Availability Management, Capacity
Management, Configuration Management, Change and Release Management,
Security Administration and Backup Administration
2) Experience in Oracle 10g & 11gR2
3) Should have worked on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 x64 Standard Edition SP2, Symantec Anti-Virus 10.1.4, Symantec Backup Exec 10 & 11d.
4) Should possess excellent troubleshooting skills
5) Understanding of management tools for WebLogic server.
6) WebLogic/JVM Performance monitoring.
7) J2EE application deployment and scripting language for Weblogic
8) Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders as well as technical teams.
9) Unix/Solaris experience including shell scripting is an added advantage
