Understand the IT Consulting and Staffing business well
Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with potential customers.
Bring in New contracts for Staff Augmentation
Manage existing clients and bring in new clients
Finding the high quality sales prospects to generate new business.
Increase sales penetration within the region, maximizing sales and revenue; develop and execute cost effective sales strategies to improve regional performance.
Delivery of sales proposals and presentations to the customers.
Responsible for sales tracking.
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
Works with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
Mentor and teach new and/or upcoming employees
Proficient is MS Office / MS Vision

We are looking for a Account Manager / Business Development Manager. This position is based in New Jersey but travel will be required to Client locations
