Experience: 5 to 9 yrs.



Maintains records,prepares reports & composes correspondence relative to the work.
Ensures proper labor relations & conditions of employment are maintained.
Identifies staff development & training needs & ensures that training is obtained.

Selects & assigns staff, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion.
Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments,setting priorities & directing the work of subordinate employees.
Performs related work as assigned.
