1. Finalize Corporate Alliances for Master Franchise expansion in India
2. Handling Brand and Investor portfolio
3. Channel Development/Franchise Development
4. Selling various bands (or business /franchising concepts)
5. Develop franchise model & process
6. Screening of investor portfolio in terms of best fit as per his investment bandwidth, location, and work profile.
7. Working as an interface between brand and investors for closing franchises up till signing agreement
8. Arranging site visits and maintaining loop between brand and investor so as to increase the success ratio for closures.
9. Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or investor for increasing the closure probability.
10. Responsible for maintaining win-win situation for both client as well as investors
11. Hence providing total client as well as customer satisfaction.

  • Generate consulting business
  • Business development, market research, market opportunity assessment, growth consulting, business intelligence and business strategy development
  • Have the responsibility and focus on business development of projects
  • Designing and writing consulting proposals
  • Ensure delivery, quality and time compliance of Consulting Projects/market research reports
