Experience: 4 to 6 yrs.



  • A Business Operations Manager will be central to all business processes in the organization. Primarily he will manage the flow of information and ensure coordination between different verticals of business / businesses (ie. Marketing & Sales division, Operations, Revenue Assurance, Procurement, Network Roll Out, Projects in progress) and to the corporate head office in United States.
  • To break down the information silos and coordinate projects, schemes and product implementation of Marketing with various Departments (such as IN, Finance, Revenue Assurance, Billing Procurement etc) to ensure projects are completed on time as within budget.
  • As business needs grow and change, additional support will be required to coordinate activities and information in multiple areas within the organization and the corporate office. The ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing is essential for this role.
  • Work on a committee or participate in a social event planning session that requires cooperation from different groups and Marketing wing.
  • Serves as a critical link between the corporate head office and businesses under the umbrella of Telephone Systems International. 
  • To serve as a project or bid coordinator. In this case, the Manager would be responsible for ensuring that all members of the design and production team understand the vision & specifications from corporate head office, cost implications and price their individual activities, respond to communications in a timely manner and meet their deadlines. 
  • To act as a neutral player between the corporate head office and the businesses (under the umbrella of Telephone Systems International).
  • To provide project coordination and logistical support to multiple development projects and teams at different locations in their tasks. Monitor adherence to processes and work with cross functional teams. Maintain technical and documentation support.
  • Candidate must be fluent in English, should be willing to relocate to Kabul and have a minimum of 5 years work experience with a GSM Operator as a Project manager.
  • Must be highly motivated and a go getter who loves challenges and desires to excel at his work. He must be open to ideas suggestions and feedback but must be perceptive, have and opinion and can select the best way forward.
  • A person with Project Managements degree/skills is highly desirable.
