Responsible for production and administration of a centralised kitchen doing bulk production of pastry, bakery , hot & cold section.
Required to manage a staff of 100 people.
Responsible for menu planning, food cost, hygiene standards etc

Should have excellent administrative and managerial skills.
Candidates with experience in cruise liners, flight catering units or large banqueting would be preferred.
Should have managed a large team under him.
Should have good communication skills.
