Civil Engineer
Experience: 8 to 9 yrs.
Qualification : B.Sc. Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
Experience : Candidate should have minimum 8 years work experience in a refinery of petrochemical Oil and Gas plant in the same position.
Job Requirements :
Ability to lead a team to perform activities with safety and quality.
Ability to assign scheduled jobs to groups and follow up for completion.
Ability to write reports and maintain records.
Ability to analyze and diagnose civil engineering problems.
Ability to write maintenance standard procedures and practices.
Ability to motivate the subordinates.
Ability to handle problems, counseling and discipline subordinates.
Follow standard safety rules and regulations and influence other and provide consulting services if required.
Conduct safety introduction to new employees in accordance with Q-Chem safety rules and procedures.
Actively participate in company safety and training programs.
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
Arrange civil contracts and Supervise civil repair jobs
Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to other sections

Site Manager
Experience: 10 to 15 yrs. | Opening(s): 7
Qualification : Graduate from High School and Graduate of 3-year technical school. B.Sc./B.E. preferred.
Experience : Candidate should have minimum 10 - 15 years work experience in refinery or petrochemical plant , out of which minimum 5 years worked as in charge in of maintenance section.
Job Requirements :
Overall management and control of the total function, technical, personnel and administration of the contract work force.
Analyzing the needs of the contractor, setting the objectives, standards, planning, problem solving and decision making.
Should be able to communicate as a direct link between the contractor management and Q-Chem.
Experience : Candidate should have minimum 10 - 15 years work experience in refinery or petrochemical plant , out of which minimum 5 years worked as in charge in of maintenance section.
