Experience: 5 to 8 yrs.
Review and participate in the negotiation of civil construction contract for the construction of the school premises.
Research, Find and shortlist suppliers for driving training equipment for the school including driving simulators.
At least 3 Yrs exp. in managing a Driving School successfully.
Participate in the design, layout scope of works for the proposed construction of the driving school.
Research, Find and shortlist suppliers for driving training equipment for the school including driving simulators.
Research, Find and shortlist automobiles suitable for performing driver training. Assist management in the finalization of the training vehicles fleet.
Propose, search and recruit driving trainers and other staff to run day-to-day operations.
Participate and assist Finance for developing the driving training fee structures.
Manage day-to-day running of driving school.
Expand business through marketing and business development of the driving school capabilities.
Prepare budget, monitor costs and report on operational performance to Senior Management .
Must speak fluent Arabic and must have been in that region for at least 2 years.
