Experience: 9 to 14 yrs.
Good degree holder with a high caliber I/E Background in Garment production
Aged +35 yrs
Experience 10 yrs+ in garment production, ideally woven casual shirt (preference for managers who have worked in smart shirts, TAL, Esquel companies)
Experience in woven ladies wear will be a definite advantage
Preference will be given to an already Factory Manager who has managed a 500 machine factory
Resource Optimization Guy with an overall picture of general
KPIs
Good Communication Skill
Can achieve very high performance with little supervision
Excellent leadership
Strong Managerial & organizational Capabilities
A real Team Builder!
Willingness to work overseas
Fluency in English is a must
