Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.



Candidate will be responsible for overall management of the Restaurant, including Purchase, Inventory Management, Food & Beverage Cost monitoring & control, Internal Audit, Banquet sales, Service, Hygiene & Bar, Sales reconciliation etc.

Will be working closely with Head Chef & Accounts department for day to day planning.

Will be assisted by head waiter(s) and head barman in Service & Bar section.

Will have to submit weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS reports to the Management.

Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in 4 star or 5 star hotel as F&B Manager.

Candidate having experience in any abroad country will be preferred.

Should be graduate in Hotel Management from reputed institute.

Must have good communication skills.

Must be ready to relocate at Uganda.
