Job Description:

Position : Food Counter Attendant
Location : Canada
Visa Type : Work Pass (TOEFL / IELTS NOT REQUIRED)

Responsibilities:
  1. Take customers order
  2. Initiate and complete customers transactions quickly and accurately through the drive thru
  3. Process customer transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout shift
  4. Ensure correct order is served to the customers
  5. May receive payment for food items purchased
  6. Serve customers at counters or tables
  7. Assemble and deliver order to customers quickly and efficiently
  8. Keep entire work area clean and sanitary throughout shift
  9. Operate and maintain food/drink/treat related equipment and registers properly and safely
  10. Prepare food products such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes in accordance with the health and safety standards and guidelines
  11. Stock and execute proper rotation of products and ensure quality meets established standards
  12. Inform immediate supervisor promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance
  13. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders.

Skills:
  1. Any Qualification
  2. Good Communication In English (Oral and Written)
  3. 2-3 years of Experience in Service Industry (Experience as a Food Counter Attendant is an asset)
