Retail Marketing drives marketing strategy and leads the marketing team in execution of all retail channel initiatives toward building the brand and the business. This position will also partner with category leaders and Brand Managers to ensure proper execution of product launches and overall product line strategy while also communicating channel specific needs.

Qualifications Graduate from Recognized University.
MBA/PGDBM - Marketing qualified
Experience
12-15 years of Post Qualification experience.
Should have been working on senior level since last 4-5 years.
Job Knowledge
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead a rapidly growing team resulting in both high performance and high morale of all concerned.
Strong knowledge of the major business functions required for success (professional, retail, direct response and consumer marketing).
