*Handling end to end HR.
Key Responsibilities are :
* Human Resource Planning in consultation with project team.
* Manpower Recruitment
* Formulation of Compensation Structure in compliance with local regulations.
* Setting up HR policies & procedures and ensure their implementation.
* Adherence to Local Laws.
* Maintaining relationship with local authorities.
MBA with 12 to 16 years exp in HR function of a large EPC co.
Must have worked in NIGERIA. Should be able to handle HR function independently.
